Ingredients:
1.Vermicelli-1/2 cup
2.Milk- 500 ml (full fat milk)
3.Ghee- 2tsp
4.Cashewnuts-2 tbsp
5.Raisins/kismis-2 tbsp
6.Crushed cardamom-1/2 tsp
7.sugar-2 tbsp or as per taste

Method:
1.Heat a pan. Add 2 tsp ghee & let it melts.
2.Add the raisins & roast it till puffed up. Then take out & keep aside
3.To the same ghee add the cashewnuts & roast till 1 min or till color changes. Take out & keep aside.
4.If you think the ghee is less then add some. Then to the ghee Add the vermicelli & roast till 4 to 5 mins or till golden in colour.
5.Then to the vermicelli add the milk. Give it a mix. Let it cook till the milk is boiled perfectly and the the vermicelli to be swelled.
6.Then add sugar 2 tbsp or as per taste, the cardamom powder, the roasted dry fruits. Mix & let it cook till 4 to 5 mins in medium flame or till the sugar melts.
7.When you see the vermicelli looks transparent & sweeled up then turn off the heat.
8.put it in refrigerator.
9.Serve chilled
10.If you like you can serve it warm also & Enjoy….
