Ingredients:
1.White/Red onions-2
2.All purpose flour-1 cup
3.Corn starch-1 cup
4.Red chilly powder-1tsp
5.Black pepper powder-1tsp
6.Chaat masala-1tsp (optional)
7.salt to taste
8.Bread crumbs-1cup
9.Refined oil for frying
Method:
1.Take 2 red or white onions & cut as rings of 1/4 inch & keep aside.
2.Now in a mixing bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour/maida, 1 cup corn starch,red chilly powder-1tsp,black pepper powder-1tsp & salt to taste.
3.Mix everything well.
4.Now add water gradually & make a semi thick batter without any lumps.
5.Now in another mixing bowl take 1 cup bread crumbs & to it add chaat masala-1tsp & mix it well
6.Now take one onion ring, dip it in the batter after that coat it with bread crumbs & keep it in a plate.
7.Like this prepare all the rings.
8.Now heat a pan & add oil for frying.
9.once the oil is hot put the coated rings in batches & fry until golden brown & becomes crispy.
10.Then take out in a kitchen towel & keep aside.
11.Like this prepare all the rings Enjoy with tomato sauce…
