Lauki chanadal sabzi in pressure cooker

Ingredients:
1.Lauki-500 gm
2.Chana dal-3/4 cup
3.Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
4.Salt to taste
5.Oil-2tsp
6.Dry red chilly-2
7.Cumin seed-1/2 tsp
8.onion-1 medium
9.Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
10.tomato-1 large
11.Red chilly powder-1tsp
12.Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
13.Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
14.garam masala-1/2 tsp
15.Coriander leaves-1tbsp

Method:
1.Take the lauki(bottlegourd), peel the skin & cut in to dices.
2.take 3/4 cup chana dal & soak it for 20 minutes
3.In a pressure cooker add the lauki,chana dal,water 1 cup,turmeric powder-1/4 tsp,salt to taste. mix well .Cover & cook for 3 whistles..
4.Now heat a pan add oil-2tsp.
5.When the oil is hot add 2 dry red chilly,cumin seeds-1/2 tsp let it splutter.
6.Now add chopped onion-1/2 cup & saute till soft.
7.Then add 2tsp ginger garlic paste mix & cook for 2 minutes.
8.Now add chopped tomato-1 cup a little salt & saute until the tomatoes soft.
9.Now add red chilly powder-1tsp,Coriander powder-1/2 tsp,Cumin powder-1/2 tsp.Mix well & saute for 2 minutes
10.Now add the cooked dal & lauki mix well.
11.Add chopped coriander leaves,garam masala-1/2 tsp. mix well & cover & cook for 3 to 4 minutes
12.Now the sabzi is ready.
13.Serve with plain rice & Roti & Enjoy…
