Ingredients:

1.Bitter gourd/ Karela-200 gm
2.Besan/Gram flour-3 tbsp
3.Rice flour-3 tbsp
4.Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
5.Red chilly powder-1 tsp
6.Coriander powder-1tsp
7.Salt to taste
8.water as required
9.Oil for deep frying

Method:

1.Take 200 gm bittergourd.Wash it well & pat dry. Then cut it into thin round slices & take in a bowl.
2.Then to it add gram flour/besan -3tbsp, rice flour-3tbsp,turmeric powder-1/3 tsp,red chilly powder-1tsp,coriander powder-1tsp,salt to taste.
3.Then add water little by little & mix everything till well coated.
4.Don’t add excess water.
5.Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
6.Check oil by droping some mixture whether hot or not.
7.Drop the bitter gourd one by one in the hot oil.
8.Fry till crispy and golden from all sides while stir in between.
9.when it turns golden & crunchy take out & bittergourd chips is ready to serve…
