1.Corn kernels-1/2 cup
2.Sugar-1 cup
3.ghee/Butter-3 tsp
Method:
1.Heat a pan & add ghee/butter-3 tsp.When the ghee is heated add the corn kenels.
2.Saute for 1 to 2 minutes.Then cover & let the corns to pop up.
3.Now transfer the popcorn to a bowl & keep aside.
4.Then heat a pan & add 1 cup of sugar & let it melt perfectly stir in between.
5.Then add the popcorns & mix well with caramel.
6.Then take out in tray & let the caramel popcorn to cool down a little
7.When it cools down then separate them one by one .
8.Serve immediately or you can store it in a air tight container..
