Egg Manchurian Restaurant Style

Ingredients:

1.Eggs-4
2.Blackpepper powder-1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp +1/4 tsp
3.Salt to taste
4.Corn flour-1/4 cup +1 tbsp
5.All purpose flour-1/4 cup
6.Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
7.Chopped garlic-2tbsp
8.Chopped ginger-2tsp
9.Green chilly-4
10.Chopped onions-1 large
11.Capsicum diced-1/2 cup
12.soy sauce-1tbsp
13.Red chilly sauce-2tbsp
14.Tomato sauce-2tbsp
15.Spring onions whites-2tbsp
16.Spring onion greens-2tbsp

Method:

1.Take 4 eggs
2.In a mixing bowl crack one by one & add
3.Then to it add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp red chilly powder, salt a pinch. Whisk it well.
4.Now take a glass container & grease it well with oil.
5.Now pour the egg mixture to it & cover it with an aluminium foil.
6.Now heat a pan Add enough water & put a wire stand, Cover it & allow it to boil.
7.Once water starts boiling Put the egg container, cover it & steam for 20 to 25 minutes.
8.Once the egg is well cooked Take out the mould & allow it cool down
9.Once cool down unmould the egg & cut in to cubes & keep aside.
10.In another bowl add 1/4 cup corn starch,1/4 cup all purpose flour,salt a pinch & red chilly powder-1/4 tsp.
11.Add water little by little & make a semi thick batter Without any lumps.
12.Now put all the cubes & coat it well
13.Now heat a pan & add oil for frying & let it hot.
14.Once the oil is hot add the egg cubes & fry for 4 to 5 minutes stir in betwwn until golden from all sides.
15.Now heat another pan & add oil -2tbsp
16.Once the oil is hot add chopped garlic-2tbsp, Saute for 1 minutes
17.Then add chopped ginger-1 tsp,Green chilly-4 & saute for a minute.
18.After that add diced onions-1/2 cup,diced capsicum 1/2 cup, 2tbsp spring onion whites.Mix & saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
19.Once the onions & capsicum become little soft Add soy sauce-1tbsp,red chilly sauce-2tbsp,tomato sauce-2tbsp. Mix well & saute for 2 minutes.
20.Then add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, mix well & saute for a minute.
21.Then in another bowl add 1tbsp corn flour, add water 1/4 cup Mix it well.
22.Then add the corn flour mixture to it & mix it well
23.After that add salt to taste & mix.
24.Then add the fried eggs & mix it well & saute for 2 minutes.
25.After that add 1tbsp chopped spring onions greens Mix well & saute for a minute.
26.Now egg manchurian is ready to serve.
27.Serve it with roti,naan or chapati & enjoy…
