Ingredients:

1.sattu/roasted chana dal flour-1 cup
2.Onion-1 medium
3.garlic pods-4
4.ginger-1/2 inch
5.green chilly-4
6.carom seeds-1tsp
7.Nigella seeds-1tsp
8.coriander leaves-1tbsp
9.salt to taste
10.lemon juice of 1 lemon
11.salt to taste
12.mustard oil-
13.wheat flour/Atta-300 gm
14.refined oil

Method:

1.To make dough in a mixing bowl add wheat flour/atta-300 gm,carom seeds-1/2 tsp,nigella seeds-1/2 tsp & salt a little.
2.Mix everything well
3.Now add water little by little to make a soft dough & keep aside.
4.Now in a chopper add 1 medium onion,garlic pods-4,Ginger-1/2 inch & green chilly 4.
5.Now finely chop everything.dont make it paste & keep aside.
6.After that heat a pan. To it add 1/2 tsp carom seeds,1/2 tsp nigella seeds & dry roast for some time take out & keep aside.
5.Now take a bowl add sattu-1 cup,Chopped onion,garlic & ginger,roasted carom & nigella seeds,coriander leaves-1tbsp,lemon juice of 1 lemon,salt to taste.
& to it add mustard oil 1 to 2 tbsp & mix everything well till well combined & till it holds shape.
6.Now everything is ready we will proceed to make parathas.
7.To amke parathas take the dough & divide it in to equal lemon size balls
8.take one ball & make it like a katori or bowl with help of your hands. Now put 1 tbsp of sattu mixture in it & now close it & make a ball.
9.Now roll the ball to make chapati like structure & like this make all parathas.
10.After that heat a tava & put a paratha .Cook for 1 minute & then flip it & make 1tsp of oil.After one minute flip again & add another tso of oil & cook until well cooked.
11.Like this make all parathas .
12.Serve with dahi or chutney & enjoy..
