Idli is a famous breakfast in India & its very healthy too. Here I am making a spicy version of idli which is
very easy to make & at the same time its very tasty. You can prepare it in a very small time
and with easily available ingredients. So lets jump in to the process:

Ingredients:


1.idli-6
2.oil-2tbsp
3.mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
4.curry leaves-6 to 7
5.chopped onion-1/2 cup
6.Chopped garlic-1tsp
7.Chopped ginger-1/2 tsp
8.Green chilly-3
9.Tomato-1 large
10.salt to taste
11.turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
12.red chilly powder-1tsp
13.pav bhaji masala-1 tsp
14.nylon sev

Method:

1.Take 6 to 7 idli & cut in to pieces/dices & keep aside
2.Heat a pan & add oil-2tbsp.
3.When the oil is hot add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds. Then add 6 to 7 curry leaves sauté it for seconds.
4.Now add chopped onions 1/2 cup & sauté till soft
5.Then add 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/2 tsp chopped ginger, green chilly 3 no’s & sauté well till everything soft.
6.Now add chopped tomatoes 1 large & salt as per taste & sauté till tomatoes soft.
7.Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, red chilly powder-1tsp,pav bhaji masala-1tsp. Mix well & sauté for 2 to 3 minutes by adding 2 tsp of water
8.Now add the chopped idli . mix well & cook for 3 to 4 minutes
9.Now take out & serve by garnishing with some nylon sev.
