Maggi egg masala noodles is an instant recipe & favorite of people of all ages.
There is many more varieties of making Maggi but i am sharing the easiest one.
This can be made in without any hassle & instantly with limited ingredients.
Lets get started:

Ingredients:

1.Instant maggi-2 packs with taste maker
2.Egg-2 nos.
3.sliced onion-2 tbsp.
4.Chopped tomato-2tbsp
5.Chopped carrot-2tbsp
6.Chopped capsicum-2tbsp
7.Chilly-2 slitted
8.Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
9.Oil-2.5 tbsp.
10.Salt to taste
11.Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
12.Red chilly powder-1 tsp
13.Water-2 cups or as required

Method:

1.Heat a wok & add oil-1tsp.
2.When the oil is hot add 2 eggs in it along with some salt, pepper & red chilly powder.
3.Mix everything well & make scrambled egg by cooking it for 2 to 3 minutes.
4.Once the scrambled egg is ready take out & keep aside.
5.Clean the pan with a tissue if you want to use the same pan other wise you can use another pan.
6.Heat the pan & add oil-1tbsp.
7.When the oil is hot add sliced onions & sauté until raw smell goes.
8.Then add 1tsp ginger garlic paste & sauté for 2 minutes.
9.Once done add chopped carrot-2tbsp,chopped capsicum-2tbsp,chopped tomatoes-2tbsp & chilly.
10.Mix everything well & sauté for 2 to 3 minutes
11.While sautéing the veggies add some salt, red chilly powder-1/2 tsp, black pepper powder-1/4 tsp.
12.Mix well & cook the veggies until its done.
13.Once done add 2 cups of water (if you want a soupy texture you can add more water) & mix well.
14.Now add the Maggi as it is or you can add it by breaking a little then mix everything well.
15.Once the water starts boiling add the taste maker & mix well cook until water absorbed.
16.It will take 5 to 6 minutes.
17.Then add the prepared scrambled egg , mix well & cook for a minute.
18.Now the Maggi egg noodles is ready turn off the heat & take out.
19.Serve hot & enjoy….
