Ingredients:

1.Seedless Dates-250 to 300 gm
2.Chopped cashew nuts-2tbsp
3.Chopped almonds-2tbsp
4.Chopped pistachio-2 tbsp
5.Sesame seeds white-2tbsp
6.popy seeds-1/4 cup

Method:

1.Take 300 gm seed less dates or take 300 gm dates & remove the seeds.
2.Then take the seeds less dates in a blender & make a paste out of it without water.
3.The texture of the paste should not be smooth or coarse.it should be in between that.
4.Now heat a pan & add ghee/clarified butter-2tbsp.
5.When the ghee is melted & hot add chopped cashew nuts-2tbsp,chopped almonds-2tbsp, chopped pistachio-2tbsp.
6.Saute them for 2 minutes in medium heat.
7.After that add 2tbsp white sesame seeds, mix & saute for a minute.
8.After that add the dates paste & give it a good mix.
9.Cook them until it holds shape & separates from the pan in low heat
10.It will take hardly 2 to 3 minutes.
11.After its done take out & allow them to cool a bit.
12.Keep ready 1/4 cup roasted popy seeds in a plate.
13.Now grease hands with ghee & the a lemon size mixture & give it a round shape like ladoo.
14.Then roll it in roasted popy seeds & the ladoo is ready.
15.Like this make all the ladoos.
16.Serve them warm or cold in both the way it will be tasty….
