Ingredients:
1.Semolina/Rava/Sooji-1/2 cup
2.Curd/Yogurt-1/4 cup
3.Water as required
4.Onion-2tbsp chopped
5.Tomato-2tbsp chopped
6.Capsicum-2tbsp chopped
7.Red chilly-1tsp chopped
8.Pizza seasonin-1tsp
9.Red chilly powder-1/4 tsp
10.Salt to taste
11.Oil-2tsp
Method:
1.In a bowl add rava/semolina/sooji-1/2 cup,curd/yogurt-1/4 cup. mix it well.
2.Now cover & rest it for 15 minutes
3.After 15 minutes add 3 to 4 tbsp water , mix well & make a thick batter.
4.Now add 2tbsp chopped onions,2tbsp chopped tomatoes,2 tbsp chopped capsicum or you can add veggies of your choice.
5.Now add chilies as per taste, 1tsp pizza seasoning,red chilly powder-1/4 tsp & salt to taste.Now mix everything well.
6.Now take one bread place 2tbsp semolina mixture spread it eveny. like this prepare all breads.
7.Now heat a pan & add oil 1tsp oil.
8.When the oil is hot add the bread semolina side down & toast it for 2 minutes.
9.After 2 minutes flip it & again toast it for 2 minutes.toast it until it becomes crispy.
10.Like this prepare all the toasts.
11.After its done cut it into pieces of your choice & serve with tomato ketchup.
12.Serve this as breakfast or evening snackss & Enjoy…
