Ingredients:
1.Clarified Butter/Ghee-1/2 cup
2.Powdered sugar-1/2 cup
3.Atta/Wheat Flour-1/2 cup
4.Besan/Gram flour-1/2 cup
5.Dessicated coconut-1/2 cup & 1/4 cup
6.Baking powder-1/2 tsp
Method:
1.In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup Ghee/clarified butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
2.Whip it until it becomes creamy & pale yellow in color. It will take 4 to 5 minutes.
3.Once you get the desired consistency add 1/2 cup wheat flour/atta,1/2 cup besan/gram flour, 1/2 cup desiccated coconut & 1/2 tsp baking powder.
4.Now start mixing with hands until it binds altogether like a dough.
5.No need to over mix it.
6.Now ready a baking tray lined with a baking paper & keep aside.
7.Now grease your palms with ghee & take a small portion & give it a round shape like a ball.
8.Then press a little in the middle & roll it in desiccated coconut from all sides & place it in baking tray.
9.Like this prepare al & keep in baking tray.
10.In the meanwhile pre-heat the oven in 180 degree Celsius for 5 minutes.
11.Now bake it in 180 degree c for 12 to 15 minutes.
12.Once done take out & let it cool down properly.
13.Then store it in air tight container & enjoy When you want to….
