Ingredients:

1.Mushroom -200 gm
2.Oil-2tbsp
3.Butter-1tbsp
4.Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
5.Garlic chopped-2tsp
6.Ginger chopped-1tsp
7.Green chilly chopped-2tsp
8.Onion chopped-1/2 cup
9.Green capsicum chopped-1/4 cup
10.Red capsicum chopped-1/4 cup
11.Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
12.Red chilly powder-1tsp
13.Coriander powder-1tsp
14.Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
15.Pav bhaji masala-1tsp
16.Salt to taste
17.Coriander leaves.

Method:

1.Heat a pan & add oil-2tbsp + butter-1tbsp.
2.When the butter starts melting add cumin seeds-1/2 tsp & let it splutter.
3.Then add chopped garlic-2tsp & saute until golden.
4.Now add chopped ginger-1tsp,chopped green chilly-2tsp & saute until the raw smell goes.
5.After that add chopped onion-1/2 cup. Mix & saute until the onions are cooked
6.Now add green capsicum chopped-1/4 cup & red capsicum-1/4 cup. Mix & saute until the capsicum softens
7.Now add turmeric powder-1/4 tsp,red chilly powder-1tsp,coriander powder-1tsp,cumin powder-1/2 tsp,pav bhaji masala-1tsp & salt to taste.
8.Mix everything well. Add water 2tsp & saute all the spices till oil get separated
9.When the spices get cooked add chopped mushroom-200 gm .Mix it well & cook for 4 to 5 minutes
10.Then add some coriander leaves. Mix & turn off the heat.
11.Serve tava mashroom hot with chapati,rumali roti,naan or paratha & enjoy…
