Ingredients:
1.Veg hakka noodles-1
2.oil-2.5tbsp
3.salt as per taste
4.garlic chopped-2tsp
5.sliced onion-1/4 cup
6.shredded cabbage-1/4 cup
7.Shredded carrots-1/4 cup
8.shreded green capsicum-1/4 cup
9.Shreded capsicum red-1/4 cup
10.soy sauce-1/2 tsp
11.Red chilly sauce-2tsp
12.Schezwan sauce-1tsp
13.tomato sauce-2tsp
14.Red chilly flakes-1tsp
Method:
1.Heat a pan & add water sufficient , oil-2tsp,salt a pinch let it boil.
2.When water comes to boil add the noodle & let it boil for 8 to 10 minutes
3.Then strain it add some cold water then add 2tsp oil mix & keep aside
4.Now heat a pan add oil-2tbsp
5.When the oil is hot add 2tsp chopped garlic & saute for 1 minute.
6.Then add 1/4 cup sliced onions & saute for 2 minutes.
7.Then add shredded cabbage,shredded carrot 1/4 cup each & saute for 2 minutes in high flame
8.Now add shredded capsicum green & red each 1/4 cup & saute for 2 minutes.
9.Now add soy sauce-1/2 tsp,red chilly sauce-1tsp,red chilly sauce-1tsp,schezwan sauce-1tsp,tomato sauce-2tsp,little salt.
10.Mix wel & cook for 2 minutes
11.Now add the cooked noodles along with 1tsp red chilly flakes.
12.Give it a good mix & cook for 2 to 3 minutes
13.Serve hot & Enjoy…
