Ingredients:

1.Maida/All purpose flour-1 cup
2.Active yeast-1tsp
3.Sugar-1tbsp
4.Oil-1tbsp
5.Butter-2tbsp
6.Nigella seeds-1tsp
7.Coriander leaves-1tbsp Chopped

Method:

1.In a mixing bowl add 1cup maida/all purpose flour-1 cup, 1tsp active yeast,1tbsp sugar. Mix them well.
2.Now add luke warm water little by little & make a soft dough.
3.Now add 1tbsp oil & mix well & make a soft and smooth dough.
4.Now tuck the dough , give it a round shape.
5.Now cover & allow it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
6.In the mean time in a small bowl add 2tbsp melted butter & add 1tbsp chopped coriander leaves mix it well & set aside.
7.Keep ready 1 tsp nigella seeds in a bowl.
8.After 20 minutes check the dough .
9.Dust a platform with maida & knead the dough a little & then cut in to 5 equal parts.
10.Then dust some flour & start rolling it in oval shape.
11.The thickness should not be very thick or very thin.
12.Then sprinkle some nigella seeds on top & roll once to make them stick to the naan,
13.Then flip the naan & brush with water.
14.Now heat the tawa
15.Once the tawa is hot put the naan water side down.
16.Start cooking until the bubbles come.
17.Once bubbles come flip the tawa & hold it over the fire until the burn patches come.
18.After that brush with coriander & butter mixture & the butter naan is ready to serve..
19.Enjoy it with dal makhni or any sabji of your choice.
