Ingredients:
1.Cooked rice-1.5cup
2.Dahi /yogurt/Curd-1.5 cup
3.Oil-2tsp
4.Urad dal/black grm-1tsp
5.Mustard seeds-1tsp
6.Dry red chilly-2 nos
7.Curry leaves-7 to8
8.Hing/asafeitida-2 pinch
9.chopped green chilly-3nos
10.grated ginger-1tsp
11.salt to taste
12.Coriander leaves

Method:
1.Take 3/4 cup rice & cook it (Approx 1.5 cup cooked rice). Take the cooked rice in a bowl.
2.Add dahi/yogurt/curd-1.5 cup & water 1/2 cup. Mix well & keep aside
3.Heat a pan & add oil-2tsp
4.When the oil is hot add urad dal-1tsp & saute till it becomes golden.
5.Then add 1tsp mustard seeds & let it splutter.
6.Now add 2 whole dry red chillies,curry leaves 7 to 8,Chopped green chilly 3 nos & grated ginger 1tsp. Mix well & saute till the ginger is done in low flame.
7.Once the ginger is done turn the heat to lowest.
8.Now add the yogurt & rice mixture Mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
9.Add salt to taste,coriander leaves-2tbsp.
10.Mix well & cook for another minute in lowest heat.
11.Now turn off the heat & take out
12.Serve it warm or cold as it is & Enjoy the healthy & tasty curd rice…
