Ingredients:
1.potato boiled-2 medium
2.carrots,peas,cauliflower,corns-1 cup (boiled)
3.onion-1 medium
4.Coriander leaves-2tbsp
5.green chilly-1 to 2 chopped
6.salt to taste
7.Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
8.Red chilly powder-1tsp
9.Tandoori masala-1 tsp
10.Coriander powder-1/2tsp
11.Rice flour-2tbsp
12.Refined oil
13.egg-1
14.Bread crumbs-1 cup
Method:
1.In a mixing bowl add 2 boiled potatoes,1 cup boiled veggies & mash it well with a masher.
2.Then add chopped onions-1/2 cup,green chilly-2 tsp,coriander leaves-2tbsp,tur meric powder-1/4 tsp,red chilly powder-1tsp,coriander powder-1/2 tsp,
tandoori masala-1tsp,Rice flour-2tbsp & salt to taste.Mix everything well.Mixture is ready keep aside.
3.Now in another bowl break 1 egg & whisk well.
4.Now in a plate take 1 cup bread crumbs,in another plate take rice flour-3tbsp
5.Now with greased hands take some portions of the veggie mixture like a lemon size.Roll it in rice flour first,then dip it in egg mixture & after that
roll it in bread crumbs & keep aside.
6.Like this prepare all the cutlets
7.Now heat a pan & add sufficient oil for shallow frying.
8.When the oil is hot add 3 to 4 cutlets & fry until it becomes golden from all the sides.
9.Once done take out in a kitchen towel & serve with tomato sauce & enjoy…
