Ingredients:

1.Warm milk-3/4 cup
2.Sugar-3tbsp
3.Yeast-2tsp
4.All purpose flour-2 cup
5.Oil 1tbsp + for graesing
6.Milk-1tbsp For brushing
7.Melted butter-1tbsp for brushing

Method:

1.In a bowl add 3/4 cup warm milk,3tbsp sugar & 2tsp yeast. Mix well ,cover & rest for 5 minutes to active the yeast
2.After the yeast get activated add oil-2tbsp & 2 cups of all purpose flour(maida). Mix well & make a soft dough.
3.Knead well for 5 to 7 minutes to get a smooth dough.
4.Then tuck the dough & place in the bowl
5.Apply some oil on top of the dough & in the bowl.
6.Then cover the bowl with a cing wrap & place in a warm place for an hour to rise the dough.
7.Then punch the dough to release the air.
8.Knead a little Then cut it in to 6 equal parts
9.Tuck every portion to make a smooth ball
10.Then grease a baking tray & place the balls
11.Now cover the tray & allow it rest for 15 minutes to rise the balls
12.After that brush oil on top of every balls
13.Pre heat the oven at 180c for 10 minutes.
14.Then place the tray in oven & bake it in 180degree celcious for 20 minutes.
15.Now take out the tray & brush some melted butter on top of every buns & allow it to cool down
16.Once cool down clear the edges & unmold the buns & enjoy…
