Ingredients:
1.Bone less chicken-200 gm
2.Salt-as per taste
3.ginger paste-1tsp
4.Garlic paste-1tsp
5.Soy sauce-2tsp
6.All purpose flour-2tbsp
7.Corn flour-3tbsp
8.Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
9.Oil-2tbsp + oil for frying
10.Chopped garlic-2tsp
11.Chopped ginger-1tsp
12.Chopped chilli-3 nos
13.Diced onion-1 medium
14.Diced green capsicum-1/2 cup
15.Diced red capsicum-1/2 cup
16.Red chilly sauce-2tbsp
17.Tomato sauce-2tsp
18.Vinegar-1tsp
19.Spring onions green-3tsp
20.Water as required/5tsp total

Method:
1.Wash the chicken & cut into cubes
2.Then add salt-1/2 tsp,Ginger paste-1tsp,Garlic paste-1tsp,soy sauce-1tsp,all purpose flour-2tbsp,corn flour-3tbsp,Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp.Add water 1/2 tsp
& mix everything well.
3.All the chicken pieces should be well coated.
4.Now heat oil in a pan for deep frying the chicken.
5.Add the chicken pieces to the oil when the oil is hot & fry it until golden from all the sides in medium heat.
6.Then take out the chicken & keep aside.
7.Now heat another pan & add oil-2tbsp.
8.When the oil is hot add chopped garlic-2tsp,chopped ginger-1tsp.mix & saute until light brown.
9.Now add chopped chilly 3 to 4 nos & saute for a minute.
10.After that add diced onion-1/2 cup,diced green capsicum-1/2 cup,diced red capsicum-1/2 cup.
11.Add salt to taste . Mix & saute for 2 to 3 minutes in high flame.
12.Then add soy sauce-1tsp,Red chilly sauce-2tbsp,Tomato sauce-2tsp.Add 2tsp water & mix well & cook it for 2 minutes.
13.Now add the fried chicken & give it a good mix.
14.Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
15.After that add vinegar-1tsp & green onions -2tsp. Mix & cook for one more minute.
16.Now turn off the heat & take out & serve hot with roti,paratha or you can serve it as a starter to your party..
