Ingredients:
1.Sugar-1 cup
2.ghee/clarified butter-1/2 cup
3.Besan/gramflour-1 cup
4.Chopped dry fruits-1/4cup
5.Cardamompowder-2 pinches
Method:
1.For syrup heat a pan & add sugar 1 cup. Then to it add water 1/2 cup to get a thick syrup. Let it boil check by taking one drop of syrup in between your
fingers whether it makes string.Add some cardamom powder to it(optional) Then take out & keep aside.
2.Then in another pan take ghee/clarified butter 1/2 cup. Let it melt. Then to it add besan/gramflour-1 cup.stir it for 7 mins to get a slightly golden
colour. then turn off the flame for a while & stir the mixture to cool a bit.
3.Then to the gramflour mixture add the sugar syrup & mix & stir continuously. Then turn on the flame & keep stiring for 15 mins in low flame till the
mixture thickens.After the mixture thicken Then turn off the flame.
4.Take a container Or you can take plate also . Grease it with ghee evenly.
5.Then pour the mixture to the grease container. Pat lightly to get a even top.
6.Put the chopped dryfruits evenly on top & pat with spatula.Then refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours
7.Take out & cut in to pieces of your Choice & then serve.
