Ingedients:
1.Maida/All purpose flour-2 cups
2.Baking powder-1tsp
3.Salt 1/2 tsp
4.Curd/yogurt-2tbsp
5.Ghee 1/4 cup melted
6.Warm water as required

Method:
1.In a mixing bowl add 2cups of maida/all purpose flour,baking powder-1tsp,salt 1/2 tsp.Mix everything well.
2.Then add 2tbsp curd,melted ghee 1/4 cup .Mix everything well till getting holding texture.
3.Now add warm water little by little & knead a smooth dough. Cover & allow it rest for 20 minutes.
4.Now heat a pan . Add 1 cup sugar,1/2 cup water,cardamom-2, saffron-10 strands.give it a mix & cook it till sugar melted & till we get one string consistency.
5.Now sugar syrup is ready keep aside.
6.Now take the dough & knead a little & divide it into small balls like puris.
7.Now grease your palms with ghee.Take a ball roll it smooth & make dent in centre.
8.Like this make all the balls like this.
9.Now heat a pan & add oil for deep frying & heat it to medium.
10.Then add the ball to the oil & fry till golden in medium flame.
11.Now take out & put it on warm sugar syrup.
12.keep it like this for 10 minutes.
13.Now take out Garnish with chopped nuts & enjoy…
